All-links Logistics Group (All-links) is a customs broker, bonded trucking company and bonded warehouseman. Its primary operations are between Suzhou and the Shanghai Pudong International Airport. All-links operates its major lane with 83 trucks, of which 76 are bonded trucks and two are refrigerated vans. All are equipped with GPS units. All-links has fairly balanced operations and offers very competitive pricing in both directions. It handled 114,000 shipments in 2009.

In Suzhou, All-links has a 2,600 square meter bonded warehouse. The warehouse has a CCTV surveillance system, fire detection and prevention and 24 hour/365 day security service. It has an export tax withdrawal policy. Value-added services include: kitting, packing, labeling, and quality inspection. The warehouse was ISO 9001 certified in 2008.

All-links is headquartered in the Wuzhong Export Processing Zone of Suzhou. Its 280 employees are in its four subsidiaries:

  • All-links International Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. (Class A Licensed)
  • All-links Customs Declaration Co., Ltd. (Licensed)
  • All-links Logistics Service Co., Ltd.
  • Cando Transportation Co., Ltd.

Its major, multinational customers include: Alcoa, Asustek Computer, Coca-Cola, Hitachi, Kingston Technology, Logitech, Powerwave Technologies, and Sanyo. The Chinese companies are based in Suzhou. However, All-links tends not to be the lead logistics provider for its customers. It uses CEVA, DHL, Expeditors, Schenker, and UPS for international connections. All-links does not directly book containership and air cargo space.
