Guangzhou TFL International Logistics Service Co., Ltd. (TFL Logistics) was founded in 2004 as a freight forwarder. Headquartered in Guangzhou, TFL Logistics focuses on the South China market. It has branch offices in Foshan, Shunde, Zengcheng, Huizhou, Dongguan, Hong Kong and Moscow, Russia. TFL Logistics has over 100 employees. About 70 of them work at its Guangzhou headquarters.

TFL Logistics’ key business is acting as an agent of DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT for express shipments. The export gateways used are the Hong Kong and Guangzhou airports. In the coming years, TFL Logistics will start developing more export business from China to Russia which is currently only 10% of its gross revenue. Other than express business, TFL Logistics handles air and ocean freight less than container load (LCL) and full container load (FCL) shipments to match customers’ requirements.

In Guangzhou, TFL Logistics has a 1,000 square meter warehouse for its consolidation service and operates 10 trucks. All the orders can be picked up the same day. TFL Logistics has its own license for export customs clearance.

In the past years, TFL Logistics realigned its business focus from traditional logistics to e-commerce cross-border export business. The latest lane is from China to Russia via Mongolia by China Post’s parcel service. TFL Logistics has its own office in Moscow to support the import customs clearance. As the main destinations are Moscow and Saint Petersburg, TFL Logistics uses local domestic couriers as delivery agents. For long distance delivery, most of the consignees arrange the import customs clearance and delivery by their own logistics service providers.

TFL Logistics provides high qualified service to its customers to make sure there is long-term cooperation. Some customers have used TFL Logistics for over five years. Also, TFL Logistics is a main partner for Alibaba’s export business in South China. TFL Logistics ranked in the top four as Alibaba’s export logistics service provider in South China.

In order to develop more export business, TFL Logistics is developing the market in India, Africa, and South East Asia, and received some export business from East China. But all the business exported from East China should be consolidated in the Guangzhou warehouse, which is the best routing for TFL Logistics.

TFL Logistics has a customer service team for shipment tracking, feedback and assisting the sales team. TFL Logistics has its own transportation management system and warehouse management system. Customers can send shipping orders via the internet linked to TFL Logistics’ systems.

In order to grow market share, TFL Logistics plans to run warehouses in Russia and South America. Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and other countries in South East Asia will be next. If some local logistics company has interest in cooperation with TFL Logistics in South East Asia and Australia, TFL Logistics has interest in speaking with them.
