Fisher Logistics Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Fisher Logistics) is a young company just founded in 2014 and based in Suzhou. It started by providing warehousing design and software and equipment support. Now Fisher Logistics is also a cross border e-commerce expert.

For warehouse software and equipment, Fisher Logistics provides an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to its customers. The ECM system includes an Order Management System, Inventory Management System, Finance Management System, Data Analysis and Transportation Management System (TMS). The ECM can link the Online to Offline (O2O) platforms, Customs EDI center, express service providers and the Fisher warehouse network in China. The O2O platforms include Tmall and JD.com.

For equipment, Fisher Logistics can provide sorting, conveyor and stacking equipment and logistics information technology, even radio frequency (RF) systems. For the core technology, Fisher Logistics provides a goods to man station, multi-shuttle, voice-picking, chaotic storage, automatic manipulator palletizing, hanging clothes conveyor and an A frame for warehouse operations.

Fisher Logistics operates warehouses in Suzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai, Chongqing, Jinan, Tianjin, Linyi and Fuzhou. Each warehouse is nearly 7,000 square meters. In Guangzhou, Fisher Logistics has a joint-venture warehouse with a local partner. In order to cooperate with JD.com, Fisher Logistics is running an additional warehouse at 27,000 square meters in Ningbo to support its business. Fisher Logistics provides import customs clearance and Electrical Equipment Installation Qualification (EEIQ) for JD.com.

Fisher Logistics also has warehouses in Japan and the Netherlands. The warehouse in the Netherlands is in a testing phase. All the imported shipments will be consolidated at the overseas warehouses and sent to the warehouses in China. After the import customs clearance, the shipments will be delivered to the end customers by express logistics providers. As business-to-consumer (B2C) is the main business for cross border imports, all the Fisher warehouses are focusing on B2C business. However, the warehouses in Jinan, Tianjin and Linyi can handle business-to-business (B2B) business.

In order to promote the cross border business, Fisher Logistics operates www.eb56.com as an O2O platform. Most small e-commerce sellers can join in this platform. Fisher Logistics’ international trade department can help these sellers’ source oversea brands to sell to end consumers. Eb56.com has a good start and will help Fisher Logistics develop cross border import business.

Fisher Logistics’ cargo volume is 5,000 shipments per day. During peak season, its cargo volume is nearly 50,000 shipments per day.

Fisher Logistics’ goal is to operate 10 regional distribution centers and 40 warehouses in China and 10 warehouses overseas.
