STATEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Nikhil has over 30 years of financial stewardship and M&A experience with a primary focus on the third-party logistics market. Before joining Armstrong & Associates as Managing Director – M&A Advisory, Nikhil worked at Rutherford, New Jersey based 3PL provider Genpro, Inc. where he served as CFO since 2013. During his tenure at Genpro, Nikhil partnered with the president to scale the organization via optimizing operations, strong organic growth and strategically targeted acquisitions.

Nikhil has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, turnarounds, and staging of mid-sized organizations. He has helped organizations create optimum Enterprise Value.

Prior to Genpro, Nikhil was CFO of Kelron Logistics (presently XPO Canada) for 11 years. He contributed to the company’s growth in becoming a recognized player in the 3PL non-asset space in North America.

Nikhil has also had a very successful tenure with Fritz/UPS for six years where he was mainly involved with international and North American mergers and acquisitions.

Nikhil brings a wealth of knowledge in finance, management and operations in the 3PL market with extensive international experience. He has been a thought leader and regular speaker at major industry associations and trade shows in the U.S. and Canada for over eight years. He is a member of Finance Executives International, the Council of Supply Chain Management, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Supply Chain & Logistics Association Canada, and the Association of Corporate Growth Toronto Chapter. His education includes a CPA from the U.S., a Chartered Accountant from India, and an Executive MBA from Queens University in Canada.
