Shenzhen Anda Shun International Logistics Co., Ltd. (ADS Logistics) is an international freight forwarder. It is headquartered in Shenzhen with 13 branch offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Beijing, Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao, Kunming, Chengdu, Xiamen, Nanchang, Xi’an, Ningbo, and an owned office in Hong Kong. Founded in 2006, it now has over 360 employees.

ADS1

ADS Logistics holds Class A license for air freight and an NVOCC (Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) license for ocean freight. It is one of the top five air freight forwarders for exports from the Shenzhen Airport. ADS Logistics has contracts with most of the airlines that depart from the Shenzhen Airport such as Air China, China Southern Airlines, Lufthansa, and China Airlines.

ADS2

For air freight, 35% goes to North America, 35% goes to Europe, and the rest goes to South America and the Asia Pacific. As a Class A agent for air freight, ADS Logistics does business with direct customers and with other logistics companies unable to book space from airlines. Direct customers account for 30% of its air freight volume and other logistics companies account for 70%. Global logistics companies such as UTi, Schenker, TNT and SDV partner with ADS Logistics on shipments exporting from the Shenzhen Airport. Its direct customers include BYD Auto, Skyworth, Foxconn and Panasonic.

ADS Logistics has a sales team of 60 to develop local business for both exports and imports. Its strong air freight facility operation makes ADS Logistics very competitive in the market.

ADS3

ADS Logistics does not have offices overseas; therefore, it uses agents. Its Oversea Market department is in charge of developing agents overseas. Its business between China and North America is very important to ADS Logistics. It has three agents in the U.S.

In South China, the Shenzhen Airport is not a big gateway for air freight so it uses the Hong Kong and Guangzhou airports as gateways for air freight exports. In Beijing, ADS Logistics also handles a good amount of air freight.

For ocean freight, ADS Logistics handles both full-container-load (FCL) and less-than-container-load (LCL) shipments.

ADS Logistics has a subsidiary, Shenzhen Qianhai Octopoda Supply Chain Co., Ltd., located in the Qianhai Free Trade Zone that focuses on developing cross-border imports business with e-commerce customers.

We’ll be sure to watch this company in the coming years.
