Hunan Sinsa Logistics Investment Co., Ltd. (Sinsa Logistics) was registered in 2004 and is headquartered in Changsha, Hunan, China. It has more than 300 employees working in over 30 offices in China. Its main market focus is on the Hunan Province area including the key cities of Changde, Hengyang and Shaoyang.

Sinsa Logistics is made up of two business divisions: Logistics, including warehousing and distribution, and Warehouse Investments. Each division generates about half of its annual gross revenue of $300 million. It currently has a 200,000 square meter warehouse for rent and sale. According to Mr. Yin Weidong, Sinsa Logistics needs investors to help it develop the warehouse. The investment amount is unknown.

Sinsa Logistics is a key player for distribution in the Hunan Province area. It has 20 of its own trucks and 100 trucks under subcontract for both truckload and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments. The LTL shipments are mainly 3-5 ton shipments. The annual tonnage is around 500,000 tons. In addition, it operates four warehouses with 50,000 square meters of space and can provide inventory management for customers. It has its own warehouse management system to manage the warehouse operations.

Its main customers are heavy equipment and machinery manufacturers such as: SANY group, Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Broad Group. It also has customers that import agricultural products from United States and Canada. Sinsa Logistics arranges the customs clearance in Shanghai and distribution in the Hunan Province.

Sinsa Logistics can also provide international air and ocean service to customers. It does not have an NVOCC (non-vessel operating common carrier) license. All shipments are handled through cooperation with other NVOCCs. The annual cargo volume is 1,000 (20′ trailer equivalent units) TEUs of ocean freight and 200 metric tons of airfreight.

Sinsa Logistics is a major logistics provider in the Hunan Province and is very strong in distribution. It is a good option for customers needing distribution throughout Central China.
